Accommodation at Maltby B&B

We have two comfortable guest bedrooms on the upper floor of Maltby: one double room with a double bed to sleep up to two guests, and one twin room with two single beds to sleep up to two guests. We can therefore accommodate between one and four guests.

Since we only take one party at a time you will have sole use of the upper floor of the house and whatever your party size - from one to four - you will not have to share the guest accommodation with anyone else.

The rooms are freshly decorated and the decor and bed-linen have been carefully chosen to be in keeping with the cottage style of the house. Both bedrooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and televisions with DVD players, hair dryers and bathrobes. WiFi is available in both rooms, completely free of charge.

The two bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom which is equipped with a bath, wash-basin and toilet. There is an electric shower over the bath.

Downstairs there is a comfortable lounge which has a wood-burning stove for chilly evenings.

Since this is a traditional croft house the rooms have some sloping ceilings and dormer windows with sea and mountain views. The original staircase, now carpeted, is quite narrow and steep but does have a handrail. Maltby may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties or families with small children, but Barbara is always willing to advise: just ask.
